The certificate was originally issued on 14th August 1910 at 282 Cotham Road Kew. The parents of Gertrude Perry are identified as William James Perry, Law Clerk, 28, Kew, Victoria; and Gertrude Henriette Perry, formerly Bisset, 26, North Melbourne, Victoria.
