The parents of Gertrude Perry are identified as William James Perry, Law Clerk, 28, Kew, Victoria; and Gertrude Henriette Perry, formerly Bisset, 26, North Melbourne, Victoria. The certificate records that the parents were married on 8th January 1908 in Hawthorn. It notes the names of the child's siblings as Robert William Perry, 1 year, and Florence Jean Perry, older twin. Amongst additional information is the signature of F.G.A. Barnard, Registrar [of births in Kew].
