The Kathleen Best Memorial Gates to open again The gates at the former Women's Royal Australian Army Corps (WRAAC) we erected as commemoration of the life of Colonel Kathleen Best, OBE RRC, the first director of the WRAAC. The gates have been moved and reerected at the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
