Their ribbons are tactile, in various colours including dark blue, red, pale blue, white, green, yellow, pale green, royal blue and black. Two battledress flashes for 'Royal Australian Army Nursing Corps', Two crown patches denoting rank of Lieutenant and two patches with the Southern Command formation sign. There are four split rings that would have used for the attachment of buttons or other metal/delicate things that required removal prior to laundering. Present is two ribbon bars of various length, the long one denoting WWII medals: Pacific Star, Defence Medal, War Medal 1939-45 and Australian Service Medal.
