Student representatives were presented to Mr. W. F. R. Budge by Mrs. H. Chatfield. Mr. F. M. Courtis presented the 1968-1970 Diploma of Teaching (Primary) to students and Mr. T. J. McCabe presented the 1969-1970 to T.P.T.C. students. Congratulations were offered by City of Bendigo, Cr. R. F. Turner, President of Strathfieldsaye Shire, Cr. R. W. Somerville and Principal of Golden Square State School Mr. R. Cordingley. The Occasional Address was given by Professor P. W. Musgrave and the President of the S.R.C.
