Photograph taken in 1982, shows three houses on east side of Sussex Street: the former Shepherd greengrocery and confectionery store and dwelling (at the time still lived in by Ted Shepherd), an 'interwar' house located on the site of Patrick O'Sullivan's saddlery, and the Bennett residence which was constructed in 1928 and replaced the Bennett family's butcher's shop.Black and white photograph of three houses in Sussex Street, Linton. The medallion states that Patrick O. Sullivan arrived in Victorian in 1854. Patrick Sullivan arrived on the “Violet” in 1854. (PROV, Book 10 pp425.)
