Mrs Warren, of Newmerella, Orbost was a well known photographer and local press correspondent during 1900s-1950s. She took many photos of local people, soldiers going to war, and of local events. These five b/w photographs/postcards are all by Helena Warren, a noted photographer who lived at Newmerella/Orbost. Helena documented the Orbost district for many years during the first half of the 20th century. Several of these photos relate to the WW I period and also the 1920s.
