Renovations and additions, including a 21 metre high steel chimney, were completed in time for the 1911/12 tomato season. First manager was Owen WIlliams (1883-1948), a Welshman. Built in Italy the working machine was assembled on the south side of the factory by Joe Guiareschi. Later sold to SPC Ardmona. Replica model of the Rossi Catelli evaporator.
