Alice Bertha Schwerkolt was the second daughter of Louis and Francesca (nee Both) and the granddaughter of August Johann and Paulina Schwerkolt. In 1913 she married William Tanner.|The donor Rosemary Tanner had married Edgar William Tanner and is the daughter-in-law of Alice Bertha.
