These contact lenses represent some of the earliest lenses used in Australia. They were made in Germany and distributed in Australia. Very few optometrists were involved with contact lenses in the 1930's.These lenses are rare as few glass contact lenses have survived intact from the 1930's.Pair of glass scleral contact lenses in D-shaped plastic hinged case.
