Mace was the daughter of James Babb, a pioneer of Braybrook who worked as a caretaker and road contractor. This document is a summary of transcript of an interview between Mrs Mace Myers, aged 87 years old, of her memory of early Braybrook, Braybrook Junction and Sunshine in the early 19th century.
