In preparation for the construction of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's new building at 263-265 Kooyong Rd, Elsternwick, an event was held on the 8th of December, 1993, to commemorate the pegging of the site. This group photo was taken to record the occasion. In the late 1990s, ‘Active for Life' partnerships (funded by VicHealth - the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) included a partnership between the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria and the Victorian Croquet Association.  In this photo, Shirley Hallinan from the Victorian Croquet Association poses for a photo with Domenic Trimboli, Arthritis Victoria's Exercise Facilitator, at AFV's headquarters in Elsternwick.
