The dumping of any rubbish, outside of your property other than on the Council collection days is a fineable offence and can be enforced. Clean green garden waste can be left at the Port Phillip Transfer Station at no charge to residents, Corner White and Boundary Street South Melbourne. 7 days a week. Free mulch is available to take away.
