These photographs, taken by The Sunshine Advocate in 1998, show Frank Ford (centre), President of the Sunshine and District Historical Society, after receiving a cash grant from the Australian Council of Archives. The funding enabled the purchase of 30 acid‑free storage boxes for the Society’s Sunshine Technical School Collection.The Sunshine Technical School Collection is one of the Society’s most significant holdings.
