The Victory Jig-Saw Puzzles were made by Gerald Hayter in England between the late 1920s through to the 1970s. They had wooden pieces and were very popular in the 1940s and 1950s. The Kew Historical Society’s collection includes a wide range of leisure objects. There were clearly a huge range of toys produced for the Australian and International children’s market in the Nineteenth and Twentieth centuries.
