The Victory Jig-Saw Puzzles were made by Gerald Hayter in England between the late 1920s through to the 1970s. They had wooden pieces and were very popular in the 1940s and 1950s. The puzzle was owned by the donor's mother, Iduna Miles (nee Sutton).
