Skirt of petticoat shaped by darts around waistline and pleats at centre back. Hemline edged with 1 cm scalloped lace. Flounced layer at bottom of petticoat (38 cm) has two horizontal 1 cm ribbon strips, a zig zag lace insert (6 cm wide) and scalloped broderie lace edging (8 cm).
