Dr. Leonhard Adam studied both Anthropology and Jurisdiction as a young. Dr. Leonhard Adam's daughter, Mary Clare Adam Murvitz, presented this collection of her Father's printed archival material to Tatura Museum on 17.2.2006. In 1934 he fled from Germany seeking refuge in England. In 1940 he was interned as a security risk in England , sent to Australia in June, 1940. The 22 copies of Brennessel were the property of Internee Brulle, who was repatriated to Britain during the War. The copies were given to Pastor Ewald Steiniger, Pastor at the Lutheran Trinity Church in Melbourne.
