... German steel helmet. The outer surface has been printed in camouflage colours of black, green and brown. The junction of the painted segment is covered with a 15mm black line, hand painted. Inside the helmet is a leather head band with (3) leather pouches. They are approx 112.5 cm long x 7.5 wide. In those leather pouches are dense cotton pads. The chin strap is leather and is intact. The helmet exterior has the classic "knobs" on either side of the forehead position. There are two slight dents on top RHS.
