This camera was used by Geoffrey Alexander, son of local property developer, C. T. Alexander. It was probably used in the 1960s and 1970s. Geoffrey lived most of his life at Belgrave which is where his daughter Karen Alexander who donated this bag, grew up. Geoffrey Alexander was an engineer who was acclaimed for his contributions in the field that became known as stochastic hydrology.
