The booklet gives the order of proceedings for the ceremony, on 1st March 1980, of the conferring of the Freedom of Entry to the City of Williamstown upon Second Commando Company, based at Fort Gellibrand, Williamstown.

Significance

This was the first time the Commando Company had been formally recognised in a traditional ceremony by the city where it was based.
