House built circa 1925 and depicts a typical home in Albion & Sunshine with verandah plus a paling and wooden picket fence with wrought iron gates. Also has attached a television aerial on the chimney.
This is the family home of Mr & Mrs McGovern of 7 Sydney Street Albion.
The photograph was used for a town planning appeal tribunal against the erection of multi storied flats in the area.
