Historical information

Bill Waters (b. Traralgon 1897, d. Fitzroy 1968) served as Commissioner of the Victorian Rovers, a section of Scouts Victoria, 1930-65. An award is named in his honour. He became a prominent ski-touring explorer and held several offices in the Melbourne Walking Club.
