Sign gives instructions to mill employees re: registration of their time cards. This sign was used at the Collins Bros Mill which was located on La Trobe Terrace - point 10 tells employees that they are not to enter the mill via any gate other than the one on La Trobe Terrace (NB: a small modern copy of this sign has been framed and is on display in Gallery 2).
