"Wool: the Gordon's contribution" - Bryan Wardle, 1987. Reprinted article originally published in "The Investigator", the Journal of the Geelong Historical Society, vol. 22 no. 3, Sept. 1987. Examines the history of subjects such as wool classing as they were taught at the Gordon Institute.
Notes relate to blanket design, marketing, retail and production and repeatedly refer to ‘Phillips’. Refers to Physician Blankets, so possibly related to Collins Brothers Mill Pty Ltd.
