Physical description

Book of twelve felt samples, and one loose small sample, held together in red folder, with two rivets. Title gold embossed on front. Three labels pasted to inside front cover with flannel specifications and prices. All felt samples stamped with Physician logo in gold. Round sticker with shade code stuck onto each sample also.
