Swanston Street, Melbourne. He designed textiles and commissionned many of his textiles to be spun andf woven in Geelong mills. He had a long association with the Returned Soldiers and Sailors Mill and with Mr Schofield, the manager. In 2000, he retired and closed the business.
Notes relate to blanket design, marketing, retail and production and repeatedly refer to ‘Phillips’. Refers to Physician Blankets, so possibly related to Collins Brothers Mill Pty Ltd.
