Significance

The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant which commenced in 1981 is a restaurant operating from a converted fleet of three vintage W class trams in Melbourne, Australia. As of October 2018, the restaurant's operations were suspended indefinitely due to a dispute between the restaurant operator and Yarra Trams, the tram operator.
