Back row L-R: Brothers John, Angelos and Andreas Lekatsas.
Front row L-R: unknown, Anthony J. Lekatsas and seated, Marinos Lucas.
Significance
Members of the Lekatsas (Lucas) families were some of earliest Ithacan to settle in Melbourne and were very active in the Ithacan community. A. J. Lucas was the founding president of the Ithacan Philanthropic Society. They were also highly successful businessmen and very entrepreneurial.
