Historical information
The function was a cabaret dance held on the 11th May 1954 and organised by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Ithacan Philanthropic Society. Initially men could only join the society so the women formed an auxiliary committee. They organised the social functions for the society. Seated around the table are from L-R: Nina Black, Athanasi Moraitis (Morris) and Jim Kandiliotis.
