Forum Update on Disability Services in Victoria. Vicrod is the Victorian division of ACROD (Australian Council for Rehabilitation of the Disabled - now NDS ) March 26th 1991
Significance
Significant as it contains the "Foreward to CSV's (Community Services Victoria) 1989/90 Annual Report and their review of "Programs for People with Disabilities". This report gives an outline of where CSV was heading at that time and consequently the external climate in which the Australia Council on Disability was operating.
