Physical description

Men's tall-crown top hat of formal form. Crown is tall, straight-sided and flat-topped with rounded top edge. Brim is narrow, with curled and bound edge, slightly upturned at the sides. Trim consists of a narrow band of black grosgrain ribbon encircling the base of the crown.
