George Arnold Wood (1865-1928) was an historian who founded the Australian Anti-War League in 1902 with W.A. Holman and others. He also co-founded the Teachers' Guild of NSW.

Significance

Biographical. Significant to the history of the Boer War, Teachers' Guild of NSW and Wood's research into Australian history.
