Waddingtons is a famous card and board manufacturer. It commenced business in 1927 and produced jig-saw puzzles from the mid 1930s. Their Christmas, Map, and circular jig-saw series were their most popular jig-saws. Various-piece jig-saws were introduced c.1965 and were very popular in the 1960s and 1970s.
