From the album of WWI soldier William West (1268) of the 29 Infantry Battalion, 5th Pioneers Battalion. This collection of postcards, photographs and clippings were sent between William and his family and loved ones during the years he was on active service. See also 207 and 220.

Colour postcard featuring a poem, a map of Australia, a currawong or magpie, a swastika, an aboriginal man holding a boomerang or throwing stick. Handwritten message on back.
