A tape recording of Sir Rohan Delacombe, The Governor of Victoria, for the opening of Legacy Week in 1966. It may have been played on radio to promote Legacy.
Taped voice recording messages were a common means of communication at this point in time. More compact, lighter and less cumbersone than vinyl records.
