Historical information

Wreath laying ceremony for widows at the Cenotaph at the Shrine of Remembrance in 2001. This is an annual event for Legacy widows at the start of Legacy Week, which is the first week in September. Photos show three widows with the order of service (L to R Gwen Gunn, Margaret Armstrong and Joan Miller), the crowd gathered around the Cenotaph, the Legacy President J.D. Grierson speaking and the wreath laying.
