A Legacy ceremony at the Shrine of Remembrance in 2000. Possibly a school student event, usually held just prior to ANZAC Day. A photo shows the Melbourne Legacy President David Kelly speaking from a podium. The other photo shows David Kelly and a lady (name unknown) laying a wreath on the steps of the Shrine with camera crew and school students looking on. David Kelly was President in 2000 so the event is assumed to be in that year.
