A Legacy ceremony at the Shrine of Remembrance. It is one of the annual "Anzac Commemoration Ceremony for Students" events, usually held just prior to ANZAC Day. The negatives contain images of the service, the crowd, a bugler, and the choir. Some of the frames shows a group of dignitaries walking up the steps of the Shrine. One of them is the Governor of Victoria, the Hon. Richard E. McGarvie, AC QC. It appears to be when Geoffrey Swan was President which was 1992.
