Historical information
The President of Legacy, David Ford with an elderly badge seller, his name is Mr Paul Allen and was a dedicated volunteer for many years (see other photos in 2000 and 2001). Another photo shows David Ford with a group of volunteer collectors. Some are wearing tags saying Legacy Appeal 2003 so the date is during Badge Week in September 2003.
