Wreath laying ceremony for Legacy widows at the Cenotaph at the Shrine of Remembrance. This is an annual event for Legacy widows at the start of Legacy Week, which is the first week in September. The photos show some widows looking at the wreaths laid and the army serviceman standing next to the Cenotaph. Same film number as other photos of 2004 (00694).
