Welfare worker Lilian Dethridge was farewelled and her contribution recognised on February 7, 1985. Presentations were made by Mr John Conaughton (Chairman of the Committee of Management), Mr Foley (administrative officer when Mrs Dethridge began), Mrs Tweedie (a painting) and cook Mrs Venville (flowers).
