Biography. Eddie Ward served in the Australian House of Representatives from 1932 to 1963 (when he died). He represented the Australian Labor Party.
Before entering politics, Ward worked as a labourer, boilermaker, tarpaulin maker, tramways worker and prize boxer. He was a committed unionist.
