A function in Legacy's golden jubilee year 1973 attended the Governor of Victoria Sir Rohan Delacombe and his wife, they are with President Geoff Handbury and his wife, Helen and another couple.
Also a photograph of two Junior Legacy performers in costumes presenting flowers to Lady Delacombe at the same event so it is possibly a Legacy Demonstration.
