The dowry agreement was between Costas Raftopoulos and Joyia Karanze, who were married on 12 October 1924. In the agreement Costa Raftopoulos was to give Joyia items of furniture when they were married.
Dowry agreements were an important aspect of an impending marriage between engaged couples.
