Historical information

Wreath laying ceremony for Legacy widows at the Cenotaph at the Shrine of Remembrance. This is an annual event for Legacy widows at the start of Legacy Week, which is the first week in September. The photos show, widows gathered around the Eternal Flame, President David Millie marching to the Eternal Flame and then speaking. Also President Millie and two widows laying wreaths.
