Historical information

The photograph was taken at the Ithacan Philanthropic Society's Year 12 Awards functions. Children of Ithacan Club members who have successfully completed Year 12 are awarded a bursary to assist them in their further studies Pictured is one of the award recipients, Bianca Levis, who is displaying her certificate. Also in the photo from L-R: Dimitri Dollis, a member of the Victorian Parliament at the time, Bianca's parents - Helen (nee Stratos) and Bill Levis, Bianca Levis, Tony Drakopoulos IPS President and Koula Stratos (Bianca's grandmother).

Significance
