From a family who had three generations that worked for Dennys Lascelles. This notice is advertising the upcoming auction of Mossgiel estate through the Dennys Lascelles Company. The auction would take place at The Wool Exchange. Mossgiel was built for and owned by Brigadier-General Robert Smith who (I believe) foundered the Returned Soldiers & Sailors Mill in Newtown.
