Two photographs of Mrs Winifred Fotheringham who helped promote Legacy Week in 1990. She had reached 101 years of age.
Mrs Fotheringham is also seen at the annual Commemoration for Students ceremony in April 1990 (in 00845) with two other widows which implies she might have been on the Widows' Club Committee, and also on a visit to the Shrine with a Legatee and another lady in 00579.
It was with a group of photos from 1988 to 1990 in a folio with paper labels (see items 01042 to 01049). These two photos were found with 00579.2.

Significance

A record of a widow being part of the promotion for Legacy week and celebration of her reaching 101.
