An organisational chart of Junior Legacy, Melbourne, in 1975, detailing the number of Legatees required to fill all the committee and sub-committee positions - the Board alone had 16 members including three vice-presidents. Many of the positions persisted until the 21st century before falling away when overtaken by legislated governance requirements.
Significance
An insight into the governance of a not for profit organisation in 1975, which illustrated the community spirit of the day and the variety of work Legacy did then.
